Terms and Conditions:

Prices of dumpsters rented from Top Notch Dumpsters, LLC include delivery and pick up, with specific tonnage included in that rate. Extra charges for additional tonnage, extra trips (move to different location, unable to pick up, or box locked) and prohibited items (tires, batteries, hazardous chemicals, appliances, electronics, paint or paint cans, mattresses and couches) may be applicable. 

 

Customer is responsible for safekeeping of the container and holding harmless Top Notch Dumpsters, LLC, against claims for lawsuits alleging injury to persons or any property damage that may occur while the container is on the customer’s premises. All of our dumpsters have safety warning stickers on them.

 

Customer is responsible for all items placed inside container and will be charged extra for prohibited items, overweight fines, and container overloading.

 By renting a dumpster from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Services Provided

Top Notch Dumpsters, LLC provides dumpster rental services for residential, commercial, and construction purposes within Lake & McHenry County, IL. Services include delivery, placement, and pickup of a 10 or 20-yard dumpster at the customer's specified location.

2. Rental Terms

  • Rental Period: Standard rental period is [X] days. Additional fees apply for extended rentals.

  • Dumpster Size: We currently offer 10 & 20-yard dumpsters only.

  • Delivery & Pickup: Delivery and pickup dates will be agreed upon at the time of booking. Missed pickups due to blocked access or overfilled dumpsters may incur additional fees.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Pricing is based on rental period and weight limits. Overweight loads may incur additional charges.

  • Accepted payment methods: [e.g., credit card, debit card, ACH].

4. Prohibited Materials

Customers may not place the following materials in the dumpster:

  • Hazardous waste (e.g., paint, chemicals, batteries)

  • Tires

  • Asbestos

  • Appliances containing refrigerants

  • Electronics (TVs, computers, etc.)

  • Flammable or explosive materials

Violations may result in fines, refusal of service, or additional charges.

5. Dumpster Usage Guidelines

  • Do not overfill the dumpster; materials must be level with the top edge.

  • Do not move the dumpster once placed.

  • Ensure the area is clear for delivery and pickup.

  • The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the dumpster while on site.

6. Liability

Top Notch Dumpsters, LLC  is not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, or underground utilities caused during delivery or pickup, especially if placed per customer instructions.

The customer assumes all liability for contents placed in the dumpster and any associated disposal fees.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery and $59 cancellation fee will apply. Partial refund will be processed.

  • No refunds will be issued once the dumpster has been delivered.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lake and McHenry County, IL.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately.
